  Long Distance Calls
Customers are responsible for long distance calls originating from their telephone service. This includes calls made by themselves, their family members, guests and business associates. The telephone company is not obligated to validate long distance calls.

Credit for Loss of Service
If your telephone service is not repaired within 24 hours after reporting it, you are entitled to a prorated credit on your next bill for the number of days you were without service.

Your right to complain
We do everything possible to provide uninterrupted service. Please call our Telephone Repair Service at “6-1-1” if you have a service problem. A technician will respond at the earliest possible time. If repairs are not performed to your satisfaction, call our Customer Service Center at 426-6200.
