On this registration form, enter your Account Number and Security Code.
WHAT IS MY SECURITY CODE?
Your Account Number is listed on your printed bill. You will need to enter all TEN (10) digits
Your Security Code is also listed on your printed bill. You will need the last four digits preceded by the code 001.
