Automatic Bank Payment
This is the easiest way to pay your bill. The exact amount is automatically transferred from your checking account on, or about, the 10th day of each month. You continue to receive a complete, itemized statement of your phone charges.

On Line Bill Payment          [ Bill Pay ]
With On Line Bill Payment you can make one-time and recurring secure payments in a few simple steps. To activate, you will need the full 10 digits account number and name exactly as it appears on your account or paper telephone statement. Once registration is complete, you will receive an e-mail monthly notifying you that your bill is available to view and/or pay. You can track the status of your online payment and view a history of previous payments.

By Mail
A return envelope and payment slip are included with your monthly bill.

In Person
Payments may be made in person at any of our Customer Service Centers.

Monthly Service Bill
Your monthly statement contains local service charges billed one month in advance. Service connection charges and long distance charges from AT&T, Sprint, MCI, Excel and Qwest may also be included on your monthly statement.

Billing Date
Your telephone billing date is the first of each month. For your convenience,
we normally mail out statements by the 26th of the preceding month.

Payment Due
Your bill is due by the 10th of each month. Depending on your account status, telephone service may be discontinued if payment is late. A “Final Notice” with the amount due will be mailed five days before disconnection to help avoid any service interruption.

If your service is discontinued, you will be charged a $35 reconnection fee to have your service reconnected, as well as the full amount due on your bill. We may also require an additional deposit before reconnecting your telephone service.
