Find Me
Find Me is a service that with Voice Mail installed on your telephone number, you can program that number to automatically forward calls to a series of additional phone numbers where you might be available.

Here's how it works: with Find Me Set up on your phone number, a caller dials that number. The caller will hear a recorded vice say that the system is trying to locate you. The service then dials the first number that you have set up as a forwarding number.... If someone answers at that number, they hear a recorded voice say that someone is trying to locate you; they can then either press 1 to accept the call or hang up. If they hang up, the service will then dial the next forwarding number. This process continues until either someone accepts the call or the list is exhausted; if no one accepts the call, it is automatically forwarded to your voice mail box.

You can change the setting for Find Me using the Phone Central Software interface that is available from American Broadband.

E-Forward

E-Forward is a service that works together with Voice Mail to allow you to receive voice mail messages electronically through you computer. When it is activated, E-Forward will take any messages that are received in your voice mail box and forward them as E-Mail message to an address (or addresses) of your choice. You receive the voice mail message as sound files attached to the e-mail (sound files are in the .wav format that is compatible with almost all sound playback programs on your computer.) You can then permanently save voice mails if you want (by saving the attachment file) or delete them from your voice mail box using the Phone Central software interface.

This feature allows you to keep track of your voice mails even if you 're on the phone and if front of your computer when another call comes in, you have instant access to the second caller's message. You also don't have to worry about a spouse or children deleting voice mail messages before you get the chance to hear them. Your voice mails are instantly relayed to you via your computer.
